1-to-1 Customer Conversations

Reference Calls: Private phone discussion between you and a Skillsoft customer or prospect, organized through your Account Manager, focused on your use our solutions that support your business needs.

Site Visits: Host a Skillsoft customer or prospect at your company site to showcase your Skillsoft solution as a best practice.

Product and Strategic Influence

Product Input & Design Community: Help our product management team understand product usage and define enhancement priorities. Involvement can range from occasional interviews and surveys to being part of beta program to joining a select group of customer design partners.


Case Study: Written story (1-2 pages) about your company’s challenges, the Skillsoft solution you selected, key benefits realized, and future plans. Case studies are often showcased in a related blog post, too.

Thought Leadership: Contribute your point of view, experience and expertise to Skillsoft thought leadership content on a variety of topics intended to bring a fresh perspective to the marketplace.

Video Interview: Brief (2-3 minute) overview of your company’s challenges, why you chose Skillsoft and how through the use of our platforms, content and solutions you solved them.

Speaking Opportunities

Conference presentations: Share your success story at industry, vertical market and/or analyst events. We identify the right opportunity with you, and help develop and prepare your presentation.

Customer events: One-to-many private event featuring a panel of our customers moderated by a Skillsoft executive. Discuss your success story and answer questions from attending customers and prospects.

Press and Analyst Activities

Press Release/Blogs: Public statement about the benefits of your Skillsoft solution. Sent to targeted media and/or posted to our relevant web properties and promoted on our social media channels.

Press Release Quotes: Public quote, featured in a Skillsoft issued press release, focused on your success with our solutions.

Media/Analyst Interviews: One-on-one interview with a reporter or industry analyst. Media interviews typically result in success stories about your Skillsoft solution. Analyst interviews help influence reports that cover human capital management (HCM) and related solutions. Analyst activities may be anonymous. We prepare you before every media and analyst interview.
